Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +94 77 123 4567 with your order details and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the shipping address.
3. Pack the items securely and ship them back to us. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 3-5 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless defective.
